DESCRIPTION

This photon counter was built for research. The flow cell was a very small capillary tube. 

The Instrument would detect 10E-13 molar of a proprietary fluorophore.

The flourophore was very weak - with a quantum efficiency one tenth that of fluoroscene; but the Stoke's Shift was wider - about 40nm.
